Shannon Ricco

Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, I fondly remember traveling throughout the beautiful villages of the Chicagoland area for countless sporting events and extracurricular activities. Each area was so unique; truly creating an amazing mix of beautiful new construction estates in Barrington to the timeless charm and character of Wilmette. I had always imagined what the interiors looked like, how the spaces worked for each family, and what it must be like to design these beautiful spaces. This is where my love for architecture and real estate truly began.

After attending college, I went on to put my marketing degree to work in the corporate world. After a few short years, I was drawn to mix both of my passions and pivoted to selling real estate in Minneapolis. From there, I have also had the opportunity to work with a custom builder in Arizona, and now finally back home with A. Perry Homes. Throughout my experience, I have learned the importance of building lasting relationships and what it takes to achieve the highest level of trust. As the marketing and client success coordinator, I will work alongside our clients to ensure we are achieving their goals, and creating the best experience from the initial meeting to move-in day and beyond.

When I’m not working, you can most likely find me spending quality time with my husband and two daughters, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, or in the crowd of a live music event.
