Growing up on Chicago’s North Shore, I have been working in customer service as long as I have been able. In between high school sports seasons, I worked at Marshall Fields during the winter and caddied during the summer on the links of Bob O’Link and Exmoor country clubs. Along the way, I learned the value of building relationships and exceeding client expectations. Following high school, I attended Ohio State where I double majored in Real Estate & Finance. Leveraging some of the strong relationships I had built, I founded and managed a real estate company which purchase four student housing buildings on campus. After selling the properties as a senior and delivering a strong return to my investors, I used my proceeds to travel solo around the world for 6 months.
Before joining the family firm, I worked for a private equity commercial real estate company. As an acquisitions analyst, I sourced, leased, and managed office & industrial property across the midwest. After putting together the largest deal in the firm’s history, I could no longer resist my father’s requests and began working with the outstanding team he assembled.
At A. Perry Homes, I guide the sales and marketing efforts of the company and as a licensed real estate broker with @properties, I assist new clients in finding the perfect lot or tear down property to build their dream home or house with good bones to remodel and make their own. I work hard to outperform client expectations and ensure that every A. Perry client becomes a raving fan.
I enjoy giving back by serving on the Executive Board of the Winnetka Chamber of Commerce and coaching youth football in the local community. I live in Libertyville in a custom home built by the company with my amazing wife Amy, and daughter Maya, who you can see in some of our ads. When I’m not enjoying family time, I also like to play golf, racquetball, softball, and adventure traveling.
