I tend to look at the clues for a foundation, search for other information supports it, and look for other factors that indicate that the trend will have solid legs or become a fad and disappear.

Due to the nature of isolating at home, urban dwellers have expressed an interest in looking for more space, freedom to enjoy a yard, convenience of a larger home with the latest amenities, storage options, healthy home options, etc. We have seen this first hand, clients have been asking us about how to start the process of designing and building a new home. If you think about it, it makes sense, its likely that there will be fewer family vacations, less business travel… people will stay at home more.
